This iphone app is my new favorite! It's called "Ease into 5k" and is basically a personal trainer. It's literally the voice in your head that keeps you going. It has preplanned workouts and tells you what you should be doing, and when. After 8 weeks, you should be ready to run in a 5k (hopefully I will!) Just turn on a little Pandora along with this app and you're set to run!
