We eat chicken regularly, so it's always a challenge to find healthy ways to incorporate flavor and change into recipes. This recipe adds a ton of flavor, is so simple, and (yay!) is only 180 calories!
*4 chicken breasts
* ground black pepper
*2 egg whites
*1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1. Pound chicken. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper
2. Beat egg white. Dip chicken into egg, then bread crumbs.
3. In large pan, spray generously with cooking spray. Gill chicken until cooked.
Ingredients for lemon sauce:
* juice from one lemon
*1 sliced lemon
*1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
1. Over medium heat, melt butter. Add lemon juice, broth, and sliced lemon. Boil, then reduce heat. Pour onto chicken, add parsley, and serve.
